Grievance and Judicial Action
The Dean of Students is the person designated by the university president to be responsible for the administration of the Student Code. If you have grievance issues related to areas in your student handbook, please contact Student Services at: 405-574-1278 or send an email to: smcconnell@usao.edu
Mailroom
The USAO Mailroom is located in the Lawson Court Clubhouse. Mail is delivered Monday-Saturday except on federal holidays. Mailboxes are for students living on campus, staff and faculty. Keys are available for checkout in Lawson Clubhouse 205. Students must have a key to check for mail. There is no additional charge for a mailbox. Meal Plans
Meal plans are required for all on campus residents. They are optional for commuter students.
Student IDs
Your first Student ID is free and any replacements will cost $25 each. Payments for replacements should be made at the Business Office first. To receive your new student ID, bring your receipt to Lawson Clubhouse 205. Use your Student ID to check out Nash library books, receive student discounts at participating locations, obtain transcript/trimester grades, pick up work-study paychecks, and for free entrance at certain campus events.
Voter Registration
USAO encourages all students able to vote to register and make your voice count. To register, please stop by Student Services or simply print and complete the online form located at Oklahoma voter registration.
USAO Parking
On-campus parking and traffic is supervised by the Security and Parking Enforcement department. The rules and regulations pertain to all vehicles on the USAO campus. Information regarding parking regulations can be obtained from Lawson Clubhouse 205.
The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. If you have any parking related questions and cannot contact the Office of Student Services please call 222-8066 for security assistance.
