Davis-Waldorf Performing Arts Series

2024-2025 Season

The University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma proudly announces the 24th season of the Davis-Waldorf Performing Arts Series, featuring an eclectic lineup that celebrates the rich tapestry of cultural expressions through music, dance, storytelling and comedy. This season, embark on a journey spanning different genres and eras, all united by a common thread of artistic excellence and engaging performances.

Season tickets are now on sale for $80, offering one non-refundable general admission seat to each of the four performances. Single tickets are $25 per show. Students can register with the name of their school to subscribe to the series for free.

This year, DWPAS's FLEX exchange continues with Chisholm Trail Arts Council. Season Ticket subscribers will receive a FLEX pass that allows them to exchange, with advance reservation and confirmed available seating, one pass for a ticket to one event of the CTAC Live Concert Series. Information about the CTAC Concert Series is available at the Chisholm Trail Arts Website.

One Night in Memphis | september 19, 2024

7:30 p.m. in Te Ata Memorial Auditorium

The #1 tribute to Presley, Perkins, Lewis & Cash, "One Night in Memphis," will be brought to campus. Relive the magic of early rock and roll with "One Night in Memphis," a high-energy tribute concert that transports you back to Dec. 4, 1956, the night when four of the biggest names in early rock and roll—Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Johnny Cash—gathered for an impromptu jam session at the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis.

FLY Dance Company | February 13, 2025

7:30 p.m. in Te Ata Memorial Auditorium

Experience the dynamic fusion where street dance and classical music meet with FLY Dance Company, showcasing their unique "theatrical hip hop" style that has wowed audiences worldwide. From beginning to end, the audience will be engaged and leave uplifted by dancers who have given their all to earn their love.

The Second City Touring Company | March 27, 2025

The evening will feature some of the most beloved sketches and characters from their illustrious history. With material handpicked from their iconic comedy archive and brought to life by an all-star ensemble, see for yourself why The Second City continues to be the world’s most influential name in comedy for 65 years and counting.
