To be eligible, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. You must be enrolled full-time as a degree seeking student at USAO and maintain a minimum GPA (requirements vary).

This scholarship is for students whose primary residence is outside of Oklahoma. Eligibility for transfer students will be considered based on their academic profile from all college transcripts. U.S. citizen and admitted to USAO under regular admissions. Transfer students must have 2.75 overall GPA; number of years initially offered is pro-rated based on years of study already completed. |

This scholarship is for students whose primary residence is outside of Oklahoma and are direct descendants (child or grandchild) of a USAO Alum. Eligibility for transfer students will be considered based on their academic profile from all college transcripts. U.S. citizenship required. |

Partial non-resident tuition waiver. Estimated Value: $8,060 per year. |
